Aruncus Dioicus commonly known as Goats Beard has been awarded AGM by RHS. It’s a very hardy bog garden plant that is suitable for all soil types. It will form good sized clumps from rhizomes once established with handsome foliage that is pinnately divided. Cream flowers come in the summer these are small creamy-white flowers held high on arching plumes. Although listed as a bog garden plant it will do well in moist soils. It can get tall so suitable for the back of the border, great in informal gardens and wildflower meadow.
